Dietary requirements
We strive to offer a personalised service at Hampton Court Palace. Like every catering establishment, our menu dishes are prepared in environments that are not totally free from allergen ingredients. While we endeavour to prevent this as far as possible, the nature of an allergen means we cannot fully guarantee that cross-contamination may not have occurred.
We are happy to provide further details on ingredients and how they are handled to allow you to make an informed decision as to whether the food is suitable. Should you have concerns about the ingredients in our dishes, please ask a member of staff regarding allergens. An allergen folder is also available.
We can provide allergen information on the 14 major allergens: lupin, mustard, molluscs, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, egg, celery, sulphur dioxide, soybean, milk, sesame, gluten.
Inside the buildings
To help protect our palace, food and drink is not allowed within the confines of any of the buildings except in designated areas.
Sustainability
Food is our passion, and we want it to be as respectful of the environment as possible. Sustainability is at the centre of all we do and we work to reduce our food waste, use a green supply chain, source ingredients locally, and commit to a larger plant-based offer.
We love to tell stories through our food and drink. We understand the role great food can play in a family day out and our extensive menus can provide you with everything you need.
Our food is inventive, global, and memorable yet accessible to all. We source seasonal food using local suppliers through our London larder, a specially selected group of local suppliers whose commitment to quality in their field is unmatched. Their products give our menus a sense of place, one that reflects our London heritage and base.
